Before you book

The scope follows your rooms and what matters to you. Move-out cleaning leaves the place ready to hand back, but the deposit is the landlord’s decision. Post-renovation cleaning starts once the work is finished and any hazards are cleared.

Before you book

How far we take it apart is agreed in advance for your model and its parts. Everything goes back together and is checked to run properly. This is cleaning and upkeep, not repair, and every step is named rather than hidden behind the words “full teardown”.

Care label and material first, then only a method that suits them. Anything that must stay dry is not washed, and existing damage is noted before we start. Curtains that go off-site are listed piece by piece, sealed and brought back. Mite removal varies with the material and the room, so we make no blanket promise.

You decide what stays, and nothing is thrown away without your say. Every box and zone is recorded, and if storage supplies are needed you hear the cost before we buy them. Transport to another address and special packing for valuables are not included.

How do I know what was done?
Every provider submits a checklist and before-and-after photos before leaving. The record stays in the order, and you can go through it before you confirm.
What if something goes wrong?
Report it inside the order before you confirm, and we follow it up. What you paid and what was done stay on record and are never altered.
